Howard Mayo has more than 25 years of financial management experience as a Consultant and a CFO for Fortune 100 and smaller sized manufacturing and distribution companies with complex business models. He has been responsible for managing operating budgets ranging from $3 million to $50 million.

Howard has been a catalyst in bringing about organizational and operational change in the areas of: Operations Management and Process Flow

  • Accounting/Budget Management
  • Strategic Planning (Facilitation and Implementation)
  • Systems Development and Implementation * Cash Management
  • Department Organization and Team building * Human Resource and Risk Management.

Howard has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Haverim and Adat Ari El in Los Angeles, California. He has held the positions of Executive Vice President, Vice President of Education and Men's Club President. He has also been an active member of Building Campaign, Fundraising and Budget committees.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Howard relocated to California in 1981 with his wife Arlene. He has three children.
